Prices
Our prices are under constant review but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order is placed. All prices shown on the website are in British Pounds Sterling £. VAT is not applicable.
Contract
The contract between Terence Ashley and the customer will be in force when payment is received by us and you have received confirmation by e-mail that your order has been accepted.
A product becomes a bespoke product if any alteration from a standard product is requested, or the product is a one-off product created just for you.
Your Order
Orders are subject to availability. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if there is an issue with the supply of a specific product.
Delivery Charges – UK
Delivery is free for UK orders. Please see our order and delivery page for full details.
International customers
We are working on the process for international shipping. Currently we can only sell to UK customers.
Returning an Item
We accept returns of stock items within the “cooling off period” (for UK customers), and faulty items. Please see our separate returns page, which forms part of our terms and conditions.
Security and Payment
This website is protected by a security certificate, you will see a small padlock in browser which you can click to view the certificate. All personal details are encrypted when providing order details. Payment is requested by bank transfer, after placing the order.
Products are dispatched after the bank transfer payment is cleared.
Your Rights
We trade in accordance with the laws and statutes in force in the United Kingdom.
